How do private sellers list items as large parcel?

Hi I have gone round and round in circles with Ai assistant. Its no use whatsoever.
I have an item which measures approx 75 x 75 x 12 cms and weighs approx 3kg very light. just a cardboard cut out.
When listing there was no option to change the parcel size to large in simple delivery. I also couldn't find anything to switch from Simple delivery to manual. Are private sellers not given these options? Needless to say it means I've had to list it as collection only. Hence limiting my chances of selling.
If anyone can help I would be most grateful.

Mentor1 month agoWhen you list both Evri and DHL would accept that parcel and both are part of the delivery process on simple delivery. You need to click on oversize and it then should give you the options. Although the volume (size of the parcel 75 x 75 may be the issue as on one edge a parcel can be upto 120cm.
