HOW DO I TURN OFF DELIVERY NOTIFICATIONS FOR MY CUSTOMER'S PACKAGES?
Hello everyone,
I was not able to get hold of an agent. Their phone system would not let me through this time. Also, the online help was not helpful.
I am an ebayer seller and I would like to know if it is possible to turn off notifications completely on ebay for everytime my customer's receive their packages? I am also a buyer on ebay and I don't mind notifications for when my package arrives, I like that. I just don't want to receive an email or text everytime the item I send to my customers arrives at their door. Can someone tell me how to shut these notifications completely off for this feature? Thank you in advance. John

Mentor11 months agoGo to your My eBay > Account tab (near top left) > Account preferences > Communication Preferences > Edit on right of each topic

OP11 months agoThe instructions you sent me I already did BEFORE I made my posting to the
Ebay help board.
When I arrived at the page you suggested, all it stated there was the
following:
EMAIL FORMAT
And you had to fill in a blank circle with either "includes graphics" or
"Text - only".
There was NO CHOICE for NEITHER or TURN OFF COMPLETELY. This is where I am
having the problem. I don't need to know everytime my customer's packages
arrives at THEIR DOOR. So, I am still having this problem.
