How do i stop YODEL from being used in my simple delivery options when items are sold

Hi how do I stop using this poor courier service in eBay? Simple delivery seems to be selecting it automatically which is so annoying as their drop off point is miles from me. I have only specified royal mail and evri in my postal options so i don't know why this keeps happening and it now seems impossible to get hold of eBay support on this issue..

eBay can be such an annoying platform when this happens!!!

Hi @and891074, thanks for your post.

I've just checked for you, and you only have Royal Mail and Evri enabled. However, please note that this doesn't necessarily mean that the courier you disabled will be 100% excluded. As in certain cases, if your preferred carrier can't accept your item, we'll provide you with a label for a carrier you've opted out of in your settings.
