How do I send a refund fully, including postage costs
Im trying to send a refund to a buyer. When i try to send the refund it only allows me to send the buy it now price without the postage amount

Mentor1 month ago · EditedYou are a private seller so assuming ebay's simple delivery postage was used the buyer pays ebay for the postage and so ebay refund that cost when you refund for an item via a cancellation or buyer's case.
