How do I reverse the process of reporting a buyer
Hello, I've just resolved an issue with a buyer and they have revised my negative feedback. I consider the issue resolved.
I had reported them - (thanks for reporting an issue with the buyer)
But how do I now reverse reporting them please?
Thank you.

OP5 months agoHi, Sorry, perhaps I did not explain it clearly - Feedback (positive) on both sides has now been left and all is well. There is no longer a problem.
The only outstanding item is that earlier - I reported the seller as I wanted to contest the feedback they happened to leave... I now want to cancel or reverse that report - or will EBAY just ignore it now?
Here is what the report stated:
"We'll review your report with any other information we have, including reports from other sellers. Your report is confidential and won't be shared with the buyer. However, keep in mind that we won't be able to tell you about any specific action we take."

·5 months agoAs advised by @61stephenuk , you can't change or cancel a report.
It is unlikely that Ebay will act on a single report anyway but, because Ebay is so vast, and most things are automated, you are unable to contact anybody to ask to cancel your report.

If you left negative comments on a positive, ebay can remove it & maybe also give you a defect.
