How do I recover my money for something never delivered?
Summary: alistair1021 ordered a broom from a seller in June, but it never arrived, and they missed the window to open a case on eBay. They've contacted the seller who suggested opening a case, but now the seller is unresponsive. *vyolla* and tobiasd4 advised trying to get a refund through their payment provider, such as PayPal or a credit card, since the eBay case window has closed. alistair1021 acknowledged this advice and plans to pursue it with their payment provider.
I ordered a broom from in June this year. It never arrived, and the delivery status still says "awaiting delivery information".
I did not realise until July it had never arrived.
I have contact the above seller who says I should open a case, and he will then refund me.
But I can't do that because "the windows has closed"!!
So I have messaged the seller three more times. He never replies.
He does not respond, so he has my money, and I don't have the product.
HELP!!!!!

Mentor1 month agoYou have 30 days to open ebay case, so too late now.
Try your payment provider.

Mentor1 month agoYou're outside of eBay now.
If you paid with PayPal you have 180 days to report this as not received.
If you paid with a debit/credit card or Apple Pay you have 120 days to issue a not received chargeback.
