How do I raise invoice for shipping after buyer has paid in full for collection only item ? | Member To Member Support

My buyer has paid in full for an item that was sold as Collection Only. He now wants me to send it, which I can do, but I can't see how I can raise an invoice for 'shipping only' on an item that is already paid for. The Ebay chatbot has been less than helpful. Can any real humans advise me please?
