how do I now charge for postage instead of collection at Byers request

hi all I have sold an item on collection only but the byer wants me to post this which is no problem but how do I charge him

Best to cancel the order with the buyer's acceptance, so you'd select Cancel Order >> Buyer Requests to Cancel, then relist with a postage cost.

That way tracking is available and dispatched marked.

Send the buyer a message to explain the above is the best way forward.
