How do I log a not as described returns tracking number?

Hi, I bought an electric bike from Ebay, brand new but it had many faults. I put in a not as described complaint to Ebay and the seller accepted the return, and I was sent a pre-paid shipping label.
I've now arranged a collection from my home next Monday, June 22nd, 2026, but the seller told me I need to put the tracking number 'into the system' so Ebay can track the return and eventually a refund once it's delivered.
So how do I put the tracking number in the Ebay system?? Thanks.

Mentor1 month agoIf the seller sent you a prepaid label through the case the tracking will already be in the case.
