How do I know what part of my listing is meant to be a violation?

I have been told my listing is a violation, but it is not. I don’t know what specific element is meant to be the violation and I can’t contact eBay to ask them to confirm what I need to update.

Have you even considered that you should not be selling these sort of products, when as a private seller you do not provide the protection which is given by a Business Seller.

Read ebay requirements before ebay suspend you for not registering correctly and avoiding paying correct fees.

If you don't know what is the violation how do you know it's not? What exactly did ebay say?
