Mentor1 year agoLooking at your star ratings they are very low, have you fallen below eBay's Standard for selling? Look in your eBay Messages for any messages from eBay.
Look also to your DSR ratings board, found on your Feedback profile page on the right >> View Seller Dashboard. That will show you where you need to improve, and if you have fallen below standard that will cause a restriction for the number of items you can list.

Your profile page paints a very poor picture @ 97.5% etc.
As a private seller you are holding stocks of and selling brand new items, so there could be doubt if the items are genuine.
