I'm new to this eBay thing. So, I advertised a book for £3. A few days later, I made the sale. When I contacted the buyer, he told me that he didn't buy it and "Why should I have bought that item...I already have one?". I could cancel the item and refund the purchase price...but he might be telling the truth and then the real buyer will want his money back. The money appears to have come from the chap I've spoken to.Could this be a scam?I'm confused...but I'm inclined to sit tight and see if anyone else complains.
