How do I get to speak to living breathing human ebay staff member?
I've received the wrong item and need to send it back. The seller says he can't generate a return label (he has done a part-refund) and I can't either. Any help or advice gratefully received.

Mentor6 months agoIf a part refund has been made this closes the transaction, closes the case.
If you required a full refund, then yes, contact Customer Services and explain what has happened, that a full refund is required not a partial refund.
I strongly recommend contacting CS 8 a.m. on a weekday when the lines open for ' live agents' as then, there's more chance of Dublin answering.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.
