How do I get past the AI to speak to a real person?
I'm trying to speak to a real person as the eBay charity e-mail inbox has apparently be closed without notification and I'm needing a reply to a response. The AI system can't get out of the "I don't understand" loop and seems to think that telling me people will be available in a time zone I'm no-where near is acceptable. Frustrating does not cover it.

MentorAug 13, 2026 at 11:00 AMIt's certainly more difficult that it used to be. Some people have had luck when they enter "speak to an agent", and try different browsers.
