How do I get paid if I did not use the ‘simple’ delivery label
I chose not to use the simple delivery label as it was Royal Mail/Evri and my item was a vintage table so fragile (I used UPS) I was unable to edit the tracking reference in eBay so sent it directly to my customer.
Question I now have is how do I get paid as the Simple delivery status will now remain undelivered. And I don’t think my customer has the option to state that it has arrived. If anyone can help it would be most appreciated. !
