How do i get my money back from ebay as I only had to use the qr code they gave me ,and the item hasn't arrived

Hi all , I need help with this problem , I posted an item to the buyer , and the only way to pist it was using the qr code ebay sent me , now the buyer has said that the item never arrived so ebay to the money out of my account to pay the buyer back and im now left with no phone and no money , this is the second time it's happened to me in a month now , I want to know how I get my money back from ebay because as I see it they are the ones at fault because it was their qr code i had to use

Mentor3 weeks agoIf you used Simple Delivery then eBay should have refunded for an item lost in the post.
If this has not happened, contact CS explain to them this was a Simple Delivery transaction they need to sort this for you.
Contacting eBay Customer Services is not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.
