How do I get ebay to refund my (the sellers) postage costs?
Hi all
Still getting to grips with the new eBay way of doing things after a long time away.
I paid for shipping and insurance at the PO office but NOT the service eBay is taking a cut for - I upgraded to next day delivery with insurance. How do I get a refund please?
I have changed/ updated the tracking number. Is this enough?
Thanks in advance. The PO said I could cancel the postage..unsure how.
As an aside - no matter what changes I make my returns address defaults to my old address. Is this just a replication issue and it will resolve in a few days?
Cheers. Any helpful input appreciated.
