i bought a ps4 controller from a seller but it wouldnt connect to the system i tried to contact them but they wont return my message. it states on their site they have a no returns policy so i cant start a return and refund. i dont know how to contact ebay about getting my money back via the ebay site could anyone enlighten me on how to proseed thank you
