How do I get a refund or contact a seller when my order isn’t showing on my account ?

HiI have been round in circles but I ordered an item I assume as a guest through Apple pay. It has arrived and is damaged so want to return it. When I go onto the email and the order and try to submit return or contact seller it tries to register me on a new account and the order disappears. I can’t seem to talk to anyone to get it resolved. Any ideas??

Looks like you may have made a Guest Purchase so your eBay account is not used.

on the help pages search ordering as guest, it will give you full details on how to claim for damaged items etc.
