How do i get a refund for an unused returns label
As above.
My buyer failed to return an item that she claimed was defective. I believe she was trying it on to get me to refund her and to let her keep the item but i asked for it back before refunding.
Ebay closed the case and i got the money for the item but i didn't get the almost £7 return postage back for the unused label. Is there a procedure to follow ? There is no sign of a label in "my labels" so i'm not sure what happens.
Thanks in advance for any help.

OP3 weeks agoThank you @tobiasd4 but is there a timescale on me getting it back do you know ?
In reply to @john1297576 unfortunately i tried all that before posting and there is nothing in my labels, i just went round in circles getting nowhere. It's only the original buyer paid postage label and i can't void that as the item was delivered to her.

Mentor3 weeks agoIf buyer doesn't return item within 30 days of opening case, it will close.
You aren't charged until label is used, so No return = No charge.
