How do I get a refund for an item that wasn't accepted and returned to seller by royal mail

I refused to accept an I'm I purchased. I told the postman that I wasn't going to accept the item so he said it would be returned to sender. The item was delivered to seller on the 3rd of July 2026. I have proof of the from the tracking on the item. The seller isn't responding to my messages. What do I do
