How do I create a return label as the seller?

Hello.
So I sold some items to a buyer, but the buyer wasn't happy with some of the items received, and wanted a refund. I did not agree with their reasoning, so they reached out to ebay. Ebay says a return label needs to be created so the items can be returned to me, and the buyer receives a refund. I'm like 'okay, can't really argue with that', so I wait for instructions.
Some days pass, and the buyer says I have to be the one to create the return label (told to them by ebay), so I try looking on how to do that, but couldn't find an option anywhere. I contact ebay, and they tell ME that it's the buyer that creates it. I'm like fine, okay. A few more days, I then get a message from ebay that the buyer is having trouble creating a return label, so it is me afterall that creates it. That's great, but... where do I go to create one? It's making me anxious, because there doesn't seem to be a simple "create return label here" and receive said QR code I can just send to the buyer.
I've tried contacting ebay again online, but there's only phone calls available right now, and I much prefer to do this through an online chat.
Can someone help me? At this point I'm just considering sending the refund and be done with it.

OP1 week agoI still need help on this, and fast. Can't speak to an agent online (I don't wish to do this over the phone, but it's all that's available).

Mentor1 week agoFirstly the buyer has to open a return case on ebay. Then if they are in the UK they will automatically receive a link to a postage label in the notification email from ebay or via View Order Details for the item on their purchase list. If they are outside the UK you would have to buy a label online and send the link to the buyer.

OP1 week agoThey are in the UK too. But all I'm getting is that they're having issues creating one, whatever that means.
