How do I contact eBay customer services?

Discussion interactions are currently paused.

I'm going around in circles. I am waiting for a collection code. eBay have told the seller to ask the buyer to get in touch with customer services, which is what I'm trying to do.

Please, someone, tell me how to get out of this constant cycle of questions.
