How do I contact a human customer advisor

I have someone wanting to bid on an item who lives in Jersey. However, ebay will not accept his bid. Is this because he lives in Jersey. How can I resolve this?

I think it's Evri that has complicated this. Royal Mail charge the same for the Channel Islands as the UK, whereas Evri charge Europe rates. So you could revise the listing and opt out of using Evri here:

and she should be able to go ahead. If she still has problems put her ID on your exemption list to lift any blocks:

or end the listing early, opt out of Evri then relist.
