how do i cancel postage as buyer collected in person?
buyer original wanted the item delivered but changed his mind and collected, my payment is on hold and say postage overdue??

Mentor3 months agoYou cannot correct this as a collection only listed item has that all important collection code a buyer brings to you on collection, for you to add to the order to prove collection.
If they have already collected , and this was a postage only item, there's nothing to add to prove collection so your payment will be held for a minimum of 14 days.
I'm presuming the buyer paid through eBay checkout and this is being held.

Mentor3 months agoSorry, just to add , a refund is made for the unused Simple Delivery postage label, to whoever paid for the label, this way .....
