How do i cancel an order that i approved by mistake
I got an offer it said i will earn 143 pounds but due to a lot of other things like protection fee etc. I will earn 122 pounds which is to low for my product. And buyer wanted to cancel an order but when he sent a cancellation, he put that its wrong address but than it came out that address that he put was correct so now i cant cancel the cancellation and cannot aprove aswell as if I approve i have to pay 17 pounds, i dont understand what the hell is the rest I didn’t ask for a tips like what the hell i have to return more than i got

Mentor6 months agoWhen buyer makes an offer, it is what they want to pay, so includes BPF, you get net amount.
It does explain this on offer details.
If seller makes an offer, ebay add on BPF.
You could have counter offered.

Mentor6 months agoBuyer protection fees have nothing to do with what you will receive. It means exactly what it says, so if refunding that is what would be refunded.
Where do you get the figure of £17 from, buyer protection would only be about £6, but ebay keeps that, it is not deducted from what you would receive, haven’t you noticed it is added to what buyer would pay.
Like so what you receive say £140
Buyers offer say £146 which includes buyer protection fee £6.
