How do I accept a refund when checked out a guest
I bought a camera and it is faulty the seller offered me a refund but I can’t accept it as it keeps taking me to the log in page but I bought the camera as a quest. Can anyone help me on what to do?

Mentor6 months agoAnything has to be done through the email confirming purchase, but in any case the seller does not know you, only the name used by ebay for the guest purchase, so if he wants to refund he does it in the usual way, either through the case, if you have opened one, or using refund in the drop down menu.
You should not contact the seller as ledav2315, as that is not the name of the purchaser.
