How can you contact eBay regarding your account

How do you speak to an agent about your account or contact eBay it's like I am going round in cirles trying to speak to anyone

Are your payouts by chance being held? Looks like you've returned to selling after a bit of a break? Then, eBay will treat you as a new seller and hold payouts for longer, until they are satisfied that the genuine owner has returned to selling, and the account is not being hacked.

If this is the case do contact CS ask if there is any other verification process to complete to use your selling account.

As said, it's not easy to contact an agent but go top of any eBay page click on Help & Contact to bring you to.... ' How Can We Help You ....' and keep typing in.... Speak to an agent.

Best time to contact is 8 a.m. on weekdays, and there's more chance of Dublin answering.

It is hard these days. We don't have a direct link any more. After clicking on help at top of page, select subject then type in "speak to agent". You have to keep repeating until you get through. I would try in the morning rather than at night.
