How can l change delivery method after label already allocated
As a seller, my buyer paid for a Simple delivery label. Unfortunately, the cost paid was deemed insufficient, as box was larger than expected, when l took it to my local post office. I then paid for postage and have tracking details, but unable to change on order and buyer has now received order. So although item has been received l can't get payment, as it's still marked as awaiting delivery. How can l change status of order to say delivered?

Order details. If you can't do that you will receive the payment in 14 days.
