How can I withdraw my money or how to get un banned

Ebay is actually a scam I’ve got £163 in my eBay balance and eBay isn’t allowing me to withdraw I got banned for no reason and isn’t even lett8ng me use my eBay balance to spend something can someone pls help

There should be an eBay message explaining this ban, the length of ban, and why it's imposed. If it's not there, look through your emails, or Spam it might have gone there.

If it's just a timed ban, say 5 / 7 days you just need to wait for that timeframe to lapse.

A permanent / indefinite ban is different but these are not given out lightly, so there must be a message for this, and it could include a much longer hold on any eBay payouts,

We have no access to your account and have no idea why you have been banned. Ebay surely told you! and what was required to remove ban.
