I NEED to speak to eBay customer support and have a nightmare seller who is based in Chine (but claimed to be a UK seller). Didn't supply what they advertised, has no interest in honouring the sale, tried to communicate with them, flatly refused to supply the items listed in the sale and refused to offer a refund. So started a return request and now won't accept a return, and refuses to do so unless I give them positive feedback.Have been using eBay for decades, and if this was my first experience with eBay I would NEVER EVER use eBay again. This seller NEEDS to be struck off and they are ruining eBay for all genuine honourable sellers and buyers.But UNABLE to contact eBay customer service or an eBay agent. NO Call Back available and no means to contact ... This is just a nigthmare and quite frankly have better things to do with my time rather than waste hours and no means to contact anybody ...
