You may just need to verify you are the account holder coming back to this dormant account, or need to add a payment method to your wallet?
You are asked to look at your eBay messages which we cannot do for you, what do the messages say ? Check your gmail and spam folder too, in case the message went there.

MentorSep 7, 2026 at 2:00 PMHave you registered for eBay's Managed Payments, all sellers have to do this to be able tolist items for sale, and to receive payouts from those sales, see here:
