How can I inform eBay their policy violation claim is incorrect?
Sold a Google Pixel A6 & eBay removed it & held the payment for "safety & recall" policy violation. However, even the ACCC document eBay linked me too stated "Google issued a firmware update on June 25 & if device has not been affected, there is no need to return it. My Q is, how am I supposed to confer this to an Ai?. As its impossible to contact a real person.
