How can I get hold of a person?
Bought an item when it finally turns up it's damaged, inspecting it further it's a fake. Message seller earlier, go back to check just now and seller is no more. Vanished along with the listing. How can I get ebay to help?
I've been on ebay a long time but this is a first.

Mentor3 months agoWhen items go from your purchases list it can mean the seller's account has been suspended by ebay. If so you won't be able to open a case on ebay but should contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.
