How can I enable “Fitting available” on my tyre listings?

Hello everyone,

I run a tyre shop on eBay UK and sell car tyres regularly. I also have a physical workshop where tyre fitting and balancing are available.

I have noticed that many competitor listings show a “Fitting available” label under the seller name, but I do not see this option on my own listings.

I would like to know:

Where exactly can this option be enabled in the listing process?

Is it available only for business seller accounts?

Are there any eligibility requirements for tyre fitting services?

Does it need to be activated by eBay support?

I am listing in the Tyres category and would like this service to appear correctly on my listings.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi @autoxlimiteduk ,

I've checked with the team regarding this feature. It isn't available to select during the listing process as business accounts need to be reviewed and approved separately. At this time your account isn't eligible. We would advise to work on establishing a selling history on site with good performance over the next few months.

Can you provide an example listing?

This sounds like an option you'd add to a multi variation listing, so the buyer can select their style and size of tyre and also select the fitting option too.
