Mentor3 weeks agoYou can't. For some crazy reason, there's no delete option for rate tables so any old, unused ones just stay there forever.

OP3 weeks agoInteresting! About a year ago I had the problem of having too many unwanted rate tables. I renamed them all “EBAY PLEASE REMOVE 01..”.
I then contacted EBay Customer Service and talked to an agent who was really helpful and raised a technical issue ticket with the internal IT section.
To my amazement about 3 days later they had all gone.
I have just spent many hours doing the latest round of rate tables for Royal Mail price increases. Have done the same thing and just got off the phone with Customer Service who have raised another ticket, they did say this is a really uncommon issue. Fingers crossed, they it said it would take a day or two.
We will see!

Mentor3 weeks agoGood luck. They may say it's an uncommon issue - the reality is that you raising it is all that's uncommon. Since their inception, there has never been a way for anyone to delete them, ebay CS just don't usually hear about it. I've raised it before but never get any further than "it's working as designed, no plans to change it" so you did well to get yours deleted. You would think that once you got actually got them to realise the delete option was missing, the sensible thing would have been to add one but I guess that was too much like common sense.
Equally, there's never been an option to duplicate a rate table which is another basic feature that should have been there from the off - you have to start each one from scratch which takes forever when dealing with worldwide options. Again, "working as designed, won't consider adding it".
At the moment, they've completely broken the rate tables anyway so that any rate table which offers more than one postage option has all the countries uneditable once saved - so that you can't remove any or change the groupings. It's been broken since June with no end in sight although they're aware of it, so make sure you get everything right first time or you have to delete them all and start again.
