How can I confirm I posted something without using the eBay shipping?
I posted an item to someone via the post office, not realising I could use eBay’s collection and label printing.
And I can’t confirm anywhere that I have sent it. I have the tracking number and proof of sending it, but nowhere to confirm to the sender that it has been shipped.
What can I do about this?

Mentor1 week agoWhen you have more sales and meet the conditions required, money is released within 24 hours.

Mentor1 week agoYou can't add tracking but you can send the tracking to the buyer in a message.

And then when they receive the item they tell eBay and that will release the payment?
Because at the minute it just says delivery pending on eBay but I can’t confirm sending it.
So just send the buyer the tracking number and have them confirm they received it?

Mentor1 week ago · EditedThey can't tell ebay they have received it. You will get paid after 14 days or so, longer if there are any payment holds.
