I do not agree with them as the item was as described. Unfortunately, this is eBay where if the buyer says it isn't as described, it isn't as described. eBay decides disputes without even seeing the item, and almost always in favour of the buyer. Unless you are very lucky, all that disputing eBay's decision is likely to achieve is your account being penalised for failing to resolve the issue with the buyer (i.e. by not agreeing to refund them).
