I bought a robot hoover in November. It's only lasted till March. Broken spring in wheel and bags not recognised. Seller not replying. Any subsections please. It's was a refurbished one

Mentor3 months agoIf it was categorised by eBay as being in good, very good or excellent refurbished condition it should be covered by an eBay warranty for 12 months. (But not if it was only seller refurbished or certified refurbished.)
Otherwise, like almost all items sold on eBay, it will only have been covered by eBay's 30 day money back guarantee: https://pages.ebay.co.uk/ebay-money-back-guarantee/ However, this has long since expired.
According to how you paid and the exact date of payment your payment provider e.g. bank or credit card issuer may be able to help. The time limit is likely to be about 120 days from payment.
Failing this, you could consider using the Money Claims Online Service, see: https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/web/mcol/welcome I would suggest consulting Citizen's Advice first, they can offer advice about using this service. Or read their online guidance.
