high value item i sold lost in transit, will i be reimbursed as a seller?
i sent an item worth £250 via ebay simple delivery. it was meant to go to the authentication centre but never left royal mail and we believe the item is now lost. as i have proof of postage, royal mail lost my item will i be reimbursed for the loss? this new ai chat is telling me that i will lose all my money and my item which doesnt make any sense to me when i posted it on time and its royal mail/authentication centre that lost my item.

Mentor3 weeks agoAs you used simple delivery the buyer has to make a claim for item not received and ebay should cover the refund.
