·11 months agoHave another look at the emails from Ebay to see specifically what they asked you for.
Generally, they ask for photo ID to verify your identity - all the details are here

- you need to go to the part about 'valid forms of ID'. Check that you are following the instructions about uploading documents. They need to have the whole page of your passport with full name, date of birth etc. not just the photo. (If that is what they have asked for.)

Mentor11 months agoIs eBay asking you to repeat it? Verification can take several days, if you repeatedly add details then it starts the process again.

OP11 months agoI attached my passport on Friday. Then I Sat a received another demand for ID . So I resent it and then again this morning. The below message in the message appearing verification in process. Then after a few days ID required. All in All I cant email or talk to ebay . Its very frustrating.
