Hi, i am trying to return a damaged item,
ebay have issued a royal mail 48tracked label however the parcel is too large, anybody know what to do in this situation?

Mentor11 months agoContact eBay Customer Services, they should be able to supply the correct label for you, and as it is a return for a damaged item, they'll charge the cost to the seller's account.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.
