Hi does anyone know how to put an extension on posting out items as we have been snowed in for 4 days and snow is just getting worse and help would be most grateful thanks in advance

Mentor9 months agoThere's no official way of doing that. You could cancel and relist later for them to buy again. If you don't do that your dispatch rating will suffer. It's possible ebay would remove any defects caused by weather but I don't think we've heard yet. They did last year. I would contact your buyers and see what they say. And keep warm!
