DHL was used bu the buyer once item sold but the never turned up to collect an item I sold, so I posted via parcel force the item has been delivered but it’s still saying awaiting delivery as dhl never collected the item, funds are in limbo and buy has tried to let eBay know it’s been received but has no option to mark as received any ideas?
