Hi All
Can anyone help with my question? How do I stop another eBay member creating several accounts just to bid and then cancel the winning items he has purchased from me? Thanks.

Whilst you can add eBay IDs to your Blocked Buyer list to prevent them from bidding/buying there's nothing you can do to block new accounts.
Even if you have fixed price Buy It Now listings with immediate payment set buyers can still ask to cancel.
Edit to add: Is this about the Maiden photo that you've sold 3 times? What happened with the original sale on 3rd August, was that returned?

OP3 weeks agoHi, thank you. No the maiden item was never sent due to the buyer cancelling it at the end of the sale. He has made several accounts just to bid on my items and then cancel. This continues

OP3 weeks agoLuckily I sold the maiden photo on a buy now to another person that was interested in it, the person stalking my items has put bids on all the other items I have on eBay that is obvious he is not interested in. I have blocked several of his accounts which he has responded by email but continues to make other accounts just to bid then cancel when he wins the bid?!
