Help with shipping label
I put an item on eBay a while ago. To be honest I forgot it was on there. Until I just checked my bank statement and I recieved a payment from eBay. So I check my eBay account and the item sold in July!! I never received any notification email or message in the eBay app to say it had sold!! I don’t understand why I have only just received payment 4 months after it sold and I can’t understand why I never got a notification!! Now when I go to the item and try to print an address label it won’t tell me the address as it’s been over 90days since the item was purchased. I have managed to send an apologetic email to the buyer (I think!) so hopefully they will get back to me. Is this a common issue or am I going mad??!

Mentor1 year agoYou should have received a message from eBay in eBay Messages or at least in your email, perhaps it went into Spam?
You sent a message to the buyer and need to wait for their reply. They seem to have forgotten they bought and paid for an item as they never opened a case for item not received.
Was the item for a lot of money?
