Help with return, case in my favour

Question

I have had a return case decided in my favour, dispute message to the seller offering to meet him halfway with the return ( it was a heavy collection ) I have had no response. I have been totally refunded but still have the item, what should I do?

Send one last message offering a collection option and explaining what you will do with the item if there is no response.

When contacting your seller, I would remind them that eBay decides whether or not items involved in disputes have to be returned. You both accepted this in the user agreement. (Some sellers don't realise this, and rant at their buyer for "stealing" their item!)

As you case has closed without eBay requiring the item to be returned, you can now dispose of it as you wish. But it would be reasonable first to give the seller one opportunity to arrange for it to be collected - at their expense, of course.
