help with purchases
I purchased two items from the Liz Earle range it was a click and collect, only one code was sent. The man at Collectplus refused to give me the package as he only received one code both items were the same

Mentor10 months agoContact the seller and let them know. Use the contact link via the More Actions dropdown menu on the right of the item on your purchases list.
If you don't get the second item select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

and escalate it to ebay 3 complete working days later to get a refund. You have to start that within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
