Hi there, I'm looking for some help.

I've just sold an item to an individual in Ireland, who has tried to pay for the item, but was unsuccessful, and has messaged me by saying...

Hi ****, I see my bid was sucseefull, but it won't let me pay as it's saying you won't post to my address

if anyone can help with this, i would appreciate it.

According to your listing, you post to Republic of Ireland using GSP.

Perhaps buyer does not like the total costs

If it is Northern Ireland the using a Courier could be problem with cost.

If you listed shipping to UK only you'll have cancel and relist wirh overseas postage. Either enable Global Shipping in your postage prefs or use direct postage to Ireland. Thats assuming its Republic of Ireland, not Northern Ireland.

If it is NI that is UK but Evri charge more than UK postage and that causes problems. So you'd need to cancel and opt out of Evri in postage prefs before relisting.
