Help with my account
I REALLY need help,
so I sold an item and it was collected in person, the person has collected it and I scanned the code etc,
my payment is on hold until my bank account has been verified, it was verified 7 days ago they put a 1p in etc, but my money is still on hold it’s a lot of money, I’ve tried to email them, call them, us the chatbot thing but I’m getting nowhere, please can someone help me and advise me what to do next? Thank you,

Mentor2 months agoWhen you received the 1p, did you confirm it back to eBay?
Payouts especially for new and returning sellers, are subject to a longer hold.
If the collection code scanned correctly, all is well, it's just a waiting game now for the payout.

Mentor2 months agoEbay must send instructions for what to do, read them.
If you are a new seller then money will be on hold for at least 14 days, but even when released you will not be able to withdraw unless your bank account is verified.
